Palmako offers free standard delivery to the mainland UK. For more remote areas, such as parts of Scotland and the Channel Islands, there is a surcharge of £150. Delivery is typically within 6 weeks, with express delivery options available for quicker turnaround.

Palmako log cabins, including our wooden garages, are designed to be easy to construct. We recommend that at least two people build the garage. Basic DIY tools such as a hammer, saw, measuring tape, and cordless drill are sufficient.

Be sure to first check with local authorities about planning permission requirements. In most cases, you won’t need planning permission as long as certain conditions are met:

- The garage must be located within your garden and should not take up more than 50% of your total garden space.

- If the garage is in your front garden or is within 2 meters of a boundary with an eaves height over 2.5 meters, planning permission may be required.

- The overall height of the garage should not exceed 4 meters for a pitched roof or 3 meters for a flat roof.

Palmako offers a five-year warranty on all our timber garages. This warranty covers the replacement of any defective components but does not cover damage due to accidents, extreme weather conditions, or natural wood imperfections such as knots and splits. Palmako’s use of Nordic spruce ensures strength and durability, even in extreme conditions.
