3 - Dip-Treated (Available for Most Garden Rooms and Log Cabins)
We carry out our own dip treatment using Axil 3000 P by Sarpap & Cecil Industries — a water-based wood preservative that provides protection within use classes 1–3. The treatment helps protect against decay, mould, and insect damage, forming a reliable base for further finishing.
For best results, the dipped wood should be coated with at least two layers of topcoat as soon as possible. If left uncoated for more than six months, the protective properties will begin to diminish.
4 - Pressure-Treated (Available for Selected Sheds and Greenhouses)
Our pressure treatment process uses vacuum and pressure technology to ensure deep penetration of the preservative into the wood fibres. The treatment is carried out with Impralit®-KDS — a water-borne, chromium-free preservative that protects against insect attack, soft rot, and fungal decay, while also offering temporary resistance to blue stain and mould. It is suitable for use classes 1–4 as defined in EN 335-1, ensuring extended durability and long service life for our timber products.

Please read the assembly manual carefully before proceeding with the house installation! You will thus avoid problems and will not waste time.
Recommendations
Keep the house package until its complete assembly in a dry place, but not in direct contact with the ground, protected from weather conditions (moisture, the sun, etc.). Do not keep the house package in a heated room!
When selecting the garden house location, make sure that the house will not be subjected to extreme weather conditions (areas of strong snowfall or winds); otherwise you should attach the house (for instance, with anchors) to the subsoil.
All timber elements are natural and need to be treated with wood protection products by the customer to resist weather effects.
For assembling you will need the following tools:

Preparation of components
Sort the components based on the wall plans (see Installation manual) and place them at the four sides of the house in the installation sequence.
Attention:
Never place the components directly on grass or a muddy surface because it will be very difficult or even impossible to clean them up later!
Garden house installation
Installing a garden house begins from preparing a perfectly level and square foundation. Pouring a concrete foundation is not essential for that purpose; lightweight construction blocks, concrete slabs or posts are also suitable as a base. They need to be dug partly into the ground and levelled before installing the house in order to prevent the house from sinking.
Every house has installation manual included, describing all the main installation stages and separately displaying the wall elements. You can see some of the installation manual by the product description on Palmako’s home page.
Foundation
Prepare the foundation so that its upper edge extends from the ground to a height of at least 5 cm and the foundation joists are propped up on every side with intervals not exceeding 50-60 cm. At the same time make sure that there are sufficient air apertures under the house floor for ventilation.
The following foundation options are recommended:

Strip or spot (pile) foundation
Foundation from concrete or pavement slabs
Slab foundation (cast concrete bed)
The base frame of the house must be completely flat and level to ensure that the installation proceeds without problems.

During installation you must always follow the product specific installation instructions that come with the product!
Treatment and care
Wood is a natural material, growing and adapting depending on weather conditions. Large and small cracks, colour tone differences and changes, as well as a changing structure of wood are not errors, but a result of wood growing and a peculiarity of wood as a natural material.
Unprocessed wood (except for foundation joists) becomes greyish after having been left untouched for a while, can turn blue and become mouldy. To protect the wooden details of your product, you must immediately process them with a wood preservative or use the product treatment service that Palmako gladly offers.
It is recommended that you cover the floor boards in advance with a colourless wood impregnation agent, especially the bottom sides of the boards, to which you will no longer have access when the house is assembled. Only this will prevent moisture penetration.
It is also recommended that you process the doors and windows as well with a wood impregnation agent, and do that namely both inside and outside! Otherwise the doors and windows can become twisted.
After the product assembly is completed, a weather protection paint that will protect wood from moisture and UV radiation is recommended for the conclusive finishing.
When painting, use high quality tools and paints, follow the paint application manual and manufacturer’s safety and usage instructions. Never paint a surface in strong sunlight or rainy weather. Consult a specialist regarding paints suitable for unprocessed softwood and follow the paint manufacturer’s instructions.
Having been properly painted, your product’s lifetime will increase substantially. Palmako recommends that you inspect the house thoroughly once every six months.

Over the last 20 years, Palmako has produced over half a million wooden houses. In Palmako’s production, only the latest technology is used to make no compromises on quality and to make sure that nature and its resources are handled in the best possible way.
Palmako places a 5-year warranty on Palmako’s wooden buildings and a 2-year warranty on Palmako’s playgrounds and swings for your complete peace of mind.
Palmako products are manufactured in accordance with high-quality norms. Parts have been carefully inspected and packed. In order to avoid possible problems, it is recommended that you inspect the delivery for its completeness in accordance with the list of parts before assembly. This inspection must be carried out within 14 days after delivery. Warranty claims are limited to the exchange of defective parts. Defective parts, which have been used or treated, are excluded from being replaced. All further claims are excluded! In the case of complaints, please pay attention to the following procedures: please present the inspection certificate along with the sales receipt to your place of purchase. Only in cases where these documents are presented will the complaint be dealt with quickly and without complications.

peculiarities of wood as a natural material;
wooden details already painted (processed with a wood preservative);
wooden details containing whole branches that do not endanger the stability of the product;
colour tone variations caused by wood structure differences that do not influence wood lifetime;
wooden details containing (caused by drying) small cracks/gaps that do not pass through and do not influence the structure of the product;
twisted wooden details if they can nevertheless be installed;
roof and floor boards that may have on their concealed surfaces some non-planed areas, colour differences and waning;
complaints resulting from an incompetent manner of installation of the product;
defects of the product caused by the wrongful handling or use of the product, its components or materials or the failure to comply with the requirements for storage and maintenance of the product by the buyer;
complaints caused by introducing self-initiative changes to the product;
defects of the product caused by humans, animals or forces of nature, natural disasters or other events having catastrophic consequences:
The complaints covered by the warranty are satisfied to the extent of replacing the deficient/faulty material. All other demands will be excluded!
We chose this sauna because it looked great value and as a DIY project it appeared quite straightforward.
Including electrics and foundations it took about 4 days to build.
Was very easy to use, takes about 30mins to get to 80 deg and comfortably fits 3 people.
We are really pleased with the results.

The service was very good, delivery on time with three pallets placed carefully in the driveway.
Installation was carried out by Ritchie who did a fine job under difficult circumstances, the weather was not kind to him and he did not have a lot of working space as the new summer house was being placed on the base of a previous summerhouse which was close to a fence, a wall and established shrubs.
I spent a lot of time searching for a replacement for our delapidated summerhouse and chose the Palmako Bianca because it had two full sides of opening sliding glass doors and to put it quite simply, I liked the look of it and have not been disappointed.

Service was excellent. The kit was spot on. I built it on my own without anyones help. There were some challenges lifting the 5.5mtr beams up alone but as I was adjacent to a building I could rig up a chain hoist using a scaffold tower. I am very pleased with the final result.

You need to be reasonably competent to put this together yourself and some of the instructions were a bit challenging. Cabin was just the size and style we were looking for to create an outside catering cabin for our sports club. Cabin delivered as promised and the Palmako team did a good job getting it to us within 10days. There was a slight issue with the door lock but this was quickly resolved and whilst it took a couple of weeks to have the correct lock delivered we were kept well informed by the UK Palmako team. The cabin itself was fairly easy to put together but it is a two or three person job ideally. We preserved and painted all components before assembling. We also built a concrete slab on which to fix the cabin. I’d definitely recommend building a proper slab upon which to fix the unit. The cabin materials and design are of good quality, the assembly instructions are OK, some components were damaged due to packaging being insufficient for ratchet straps being tightened against them during delivery, however this was manageable and didn’t adversely impact buildability. The dual fold serving hatch on this particular cabin is cleverly designed to fold back in itself to create a level serving shelf. We made some of our own additions as this hatch is heavy and slightly awkward for one person to open and close safely. We added a timber shelf for the cantilever part of the shelf to rest on whilst hasps and staples where secure with snap hooks when hatch is open, we also added a d shape handle to aid opening and closing the hatch. These small and inexpensive mods to the hatch have made it far more practical and safe to open and close. Overall very happy with end result and blends in really well with our green and white main sports pavilion.

Still worried about the wonky wall. They told me it is normal as it is a natural product and nothing to worry about but to me it looks like the timber is not sitting flush on the one below it and so it is warped. We replaced our old summer house after 12 years when it began looking like this, so to have our brand new one looking the same is not great. I didn't want to leave a negative review and spoil a business but I have been badgered with regular emails requesting that I write one, so here it is.

SO SO SO pleased with my greenhouse. Yes the patio round it and the slabs inside are not in yet, or the power water and internet set up... but I am in there already with my tomato plants and a nice sofa for a reading nook in the corner! I will update this review with more photos when I have finished 'our' bits around the site. Its already a country mile better than the polytunnel it replaced, a huge enhancement to the look of the garden and both functional as a proper greenhouse and as a garden room. Why did I choose it? Bigger, better built, more simple and elegant look, better design including 4 self opening vents and 3 sets of double doors that open right back 90 degrees, much much better price than other greenhouses and suppliers I looked at. Service was then exceptional. Ordered 13th March 2026 after a few conversations with John at Palmako (really helpful), available for delivery immediately, held off as we needed to level the site and put down a base over the Easter weekend, delivered Tue 7th, installed by Tom who finished yesterday 15th April - really could not ask for more. Hubby is a builder and is impressed with the solid construction. He could have installed it himself - instructions are clear and it is very well designed for installation. However the difference in cost for him taking time off work vs getting an expert in who has installed Palmeko buildings so many times was not that great and so we feel it was very much worth an experienced accredited installation, especially with all that glass.

The delivery lorry arrived about eleven o’clock and the driver duly unloaded two very large packages together with a small pallet containing the roofing felt. At eleven thirty my neighbour and I began to investigate these well protected packages. Sorting and identifying the various pieces, which then had to be man-handled to the already prepared base where the cabin was to be constructed. This was some 50 meters from the initial unloading point.
Just after three o’clock that afternoon, two self satisfied men were enjoying a well deserved beverage, something slightly stronger than tea, whilst admiring the 5.5 by 4 meter Log Cabin which was now completed up to roof purling level and commenting on how easily and virtually trouble free it had gone together. This was no doubt due to the well made components. The roofing boards and doors were added the following day. We had constructed the cabin without the aid of diagrams or instruction sheets, which were overlooked in our haste to get the materials unpacked, they had obviously been discarded with the packaging.
The construction of the cabin was so logical and easy, just like assembling ‘Lego blocks’ only heavier. The only problems encountered were a missing pack of nails/screws and one glass sealed unit in the door was cracked. The rolls of roofing felt had also been crushed and damaged during transit, but Palmako have offered to reimburse any expenditure involved to replace all of these items. Are we pleased with our purchase and the service received throughout, you bet we are. The quality belies the low price.

We absolutely love our summer house – we can seat 16 people inside it, it stays warm long after the sun has gone down and it is particularly special as we run a B&B, so we can escape into it, invite all our friends to parties in it and now, we have installed electricity so can have lighting, heat and music as and when needed. It also provides a really big area to store all our garden furniture during the winter months. We would absolutely recommend you to anyone considering buying one. Many thanks.

I was looking for a Wendy-house for my grandchildren and Palmako was the only one I really loved. It was quite expensive but it was worth every penny as it was a well thought out design and plenty of space inside for the children to play and read. The painting and building of it was very time consuming but well worth it. Each piece was cut to fit, so it was like a massive jigsaw puzzle. It would be helpful if all the smaller parts were taped together and labelled as that took a whole day to find and collate them before we started.

Fantastic service by Palmako and their delivery partner. Cabin was delivered within 5 weeks as stated. I’ve utilised the overhang canopy as a log store from my burner within my home, which works perfectly. Easy to build with clear instructions. Couldn’t be happier. There were initially a few delays with the delivery and installation, but overall, we're incredibly surprised with the cabin. We will be converting it into a guest room and so will be incorporating an ensuite etc. in the future. But even with that, the size is decent. It's also incredibly well insulated which is ideal - particularly for the cold winter months. The sliding doors just add that final detail. Overall, price-wise and quality have exceeded our expectations.

Waited quite a while for delivery due to it being factory painted. Lots of components and instructions not that easy but hubby managed to build. A few broken and damaged pieces of wood and a lot stuck together and damaged. Luckily they supply spare paint in little tins which is great.
Only negative is windows dont have window stays supplied so we had to buy them.
Overall we are happy with the quality. Only time will tell.

Service and delivery where very good, after ordering I received a phone call a few days later to inform me that delivery would be in less than a week 😀.
The delivery guy was very helpful and dropped it where my wife asked in the back garden👍
It took less than a day to erect with 2 of us and about a week to finish by myself. The doors were the hardest part as the instructions could be a bit better to understand but apart from that I think it's very good value for money for an extra room. You can make them into whatever you want, just use your imagination! We did. We even put air-conditioning in for them hot summer days and cold winter evenings so it can be used all year round. Great value easy to build and great purchase and delivery services, what morning could you ask AAA
Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Cabin is great, high quality and service and information was excellent throughout process. I’m glad we opted for the extra insulation offered as it’s made a real difference. I would highly recommend dealing with Palmako if you are considering opting for a cabin/summerhouse to enhance your home.
The service was great, and the driver off-loaded the parts exactly where we wanted them. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow except for the tin roof. It seemed like we had a page missing.
The shed was purchased to replace an old tin garage that was damaged in the storm last October.
We are very pleased with the result - It looks too good to house lawnmowers and garden tools.
I think we'll be having a new summer house next spring.
Service was excellent. I needed time to prepare a concrete base for the cabin, Palmako were very accommodating and held the delivery date until I was prepared. The cabin arrived well packed and on time. I opted to pay for installation, which I highly recommend, and having witnessed the build by Ritchie (10/10) I was sure that this was a task that I would have struggled with. Overall we are delighted with the cabin and appreciated the sound advice from John on our purchase and Ritchie for highlighting ideas for construction.

From purchase to delivery, the customer service was A1. The delivery driver was excellent too.
In terms of assembly, you really need to.me a competent d.i.y er, its not for the faint hearted! My biggest criticism is that the instructions are a little sketchyand vague. However, once you get started and get to grips with it, its relatively logical.
Our tips would be to make sure you get a proper, level, base in situ.
If you get stuck, there's plenty of info on youtube and Google.
Palmako were also quick to help via email also.
Overall, a great product, at a very good price.

The cabin took longer than expected to be delivered, which impacted our personal arrangements, but aside from that, this company should be a strong contender when comparing different providers.
The quality of the materials is very good, and great communications always keep me informed. I opted for the installation service, and I am so pleased I did. He and she (not sure I could name) were absolutely fantastic, polite, professional, and did a fantastic job. We had some minor obstacles that they did not have to resolve but they just got on dealt with it going above and beyond - such a great customer experience.
If there is one review out of many pls trust this one. I saved 5k in comparison to other companies for the same product and services. I would definitely buy again from this company and highly recommend. Make sue you ask for the same fitters if you choose this option!
The quality of the Veronica 2 summer house is incredible. The wood is just like a log cabin. We did order the installation but was let down by the long waiting time so ended up putting it together ourselves. However, we love the end result and can highly recommend 👌

The quality and cut of the timber is excellent.
Some of the build instructions needed thinking through as not quite clear.Could be an issue if your not D.I.Y competent! They do offer a contract build option.
The build has been a total pleasure and the end result is fabulous. We've had many positive comments from friends and family.
